Meditation is an ancient practice used to connect one's soul to its higher self. It's the center gravity that pulls you closer to self. The calm passage to the infinite source that you are created from.

When you begin your meditation, your mind will naturally travel everywhere and this is quiet ordinary. What you will come to know is that there is no one way to practice this art, there are infinite ways, but the goal is to find stillness. This is where your solitude resides.

Simply, meditation helps you to find the stillness that lives within you.

1. Find somewhere that is away from any distractions.
I suggest nature. The outdoors are a signature of the universe and therefor will help you find your stillness with ease. In truth, anywhere that holds the most peace, like in your bedroom, also works.

2. Set a time.
There are several ways you can go about doing this. For instance, you can mediate for hours or minutes, which ever time period serves your soul in the purest way. The shortest time should be at least 15 minutes.

3. Let your mind wonder.
This is called mindfulness meditation. When you are beginning to practice meditation, your mind will naturally wonder, and your inner voice will come across many things that is lingering in your subconscious. Just acknowledge these thoughts and vibrate higher. You can repeat mantras to activate neurons in the brain that eliminate blockages like OM or PAD.

Once you have reached a space where you feel elevated, renewed, and closer to your higher self, then you have successfully meditated for the first time.

Know that you are loved and as you rise so does the collective consciousness of the planet.
